What to expect in our
20-minute Complimentary Consult:

You can expect to come just as you are (self-care and comfort are always recommended) and I’ll do the same!

This will be a time where we can chat about what coaching is (and what it isn’t!), what you hope to gain from working together, and I can answer any questions you might have.

This is also a great way to see if we’re a good match for collaborating through coaching!

This meeting will take place on Zoom (think Skype but 100% better) and there isn’t pressure to commit to coaching in the call; it’s simply an exploration of what working together might look like and if you feel like it’s something that you’d like to continue we can chat about what that might look like too!

I’m more than happy to take the lead in guiding the conversation so you can feel free to simply show up and get comfy.

(And yes, complimentary definitely means free *wink wink*)

  2. Fill out a short questionnaire so I can get to know a little about you beforehand!

You’ll then receive a confirmation email with a link to the Zoom room that we’ll meet in. Zoom is free and the process should be easy peasy!

P.S. I know that sharing a little about where you’re at with someone else can feel anxiety-inducing or even terrifying.

Here’s what I can promise you: You most certainly do not need to “have your shit together” when we meet (I’m here to hopefully co-pilot the “Getting Shit Together” process WITH you) so feel free to leave that expectation behind if possible and know that I’m approaching our call without any judgment and with a whole lot of love!
