WELCOME, MY FRIEND!

As a body image and mental health coach, I work to hold space for you to compassionately challenge the old thoughts and behaviors that you want to release or revisit.

I’ll offer support as you identify the areas you want to focus on, and while doing so I’ll hold a dedicated and confidential space for you that is free of judgment, chock full of empathy, sprinkled with humor, and open to what you need in each moment.

When it comes to coaching, you’re in the driver’s seat. Our sessions are driven by you, focused on what you want to shift in your beliefs and behaviors. Together, we’ll do the crucial self-work to better equip you to step into ownership of your own body, experience, and all aspects of your life.

I won’t lie, this coaching and self-transformation process is a lot of work. However, it’s the amazingly satisfying “Woah, LOOK AT ME GO!” kind of work that I absolutely adore and I have a good feeling you will too.

P.S. I know that sharing a little about where you’re at with someone else can feel anxiety-inducing or even terrifying.

Here’s what I can promise you: You most certainly do not need to “have your shit together” when we meet (I’m here to hopefully co-pilot the “Getting Shit Together” process WITH you) so feel free to leave that expectation behind if possible and know that I’m approaching our call without any judgment and with a whole lot of love!

How it works:

  1. Figure out what coaching rate works best for you.
    My aim is for all of my practices to be rooted in social justice; because of this, I use a sliding scale pricing model. This means that you select whatever option fits you best. You can read more about the sliding scale prices here!
  2. Book a 20-minute complimentary consult call! 
    This free call will be a great chance for us to get to know each other and find out if I’m the perfect coach for you. I’m here to hear your experiences, answer your questions and support you every step of the way!

    P.S. Each and every coaching session is 100% confidential and 100% judgment-free. I’m here for YOU and whatever is most important to you. 

    Sessions are delivered by video through a free program called Zoom (think Skype but 1000x better).
    The best part about Zoom: we get to meet from the comfort of your home AND there’s no dress code (pajamas, snacks, and whatever else makes you feel comfortable are always welcome)! 
  3. If you feel like we’re a good fit and would like to continue working together, we can set up additional coaching sessions.
    Whether you’d like to meet twice a month, three times a month or more that’s totally your call! We’ll make sure to find days and times that work best for you.

  4. In between coaching sessions, we’ll be able to stay connected.
    We will be able to check-in with each other even if we’re not meeting that day/week This allows us to stay connected and for you to have continued support when needed.
